We are a UK based company and all our items ship direct from the UK. We currently only ship to UK addresses. If you need any assistance with your order please contact us at info@hellobeenie.com
All items except ID Tags & ALL shop for human items will be shipped from our Head Office. All other items will be shipped direct from our suppliers.

International Delivery
We do not currently ship to any address outside of the U.K
Smaller items
We package all smaller items in our white letter box sized boxes to ensure these can fit through your door without you being in.
Larger items
We package our Larger orders in a Hello Beenie box. Unfortunately this will not fit through your letter box and will be delivered to you as a parcel.
